The Fanfare from Richard Strauss’s Thus Spoke Zarathustra, Op. 30 (popularized in 2001: A Space Odyssey), filed under advanced works, teaches students about:
• octave-tremolos
• careful gradation of dynamics across the piece & between hands for max drama
• the sonic grandeur of low bass and high treble registers

I also fixed a minor lyric issue at the end of When the Saints Go Marching In. Wow, it’s already been 13 months since that one’s first publication.
