Slow passages should be heart-wrenching or unsettling.
Moderate passages should be soothing and/or thought-provoking.
Fast passages should be commanding and/or electrifying.

The passages to all worthwhile music should be inspiring…
both in writing and in performance.

Anything else is just academic—and we have plenty of institutions as it is.
